Agreement
By engaging TaskLab for any project or service, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all clients, projects, and services provided by TaskLab.
Project scope
All projects begin with a clearly defined scope agreed upon by both parties. Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
Payments
Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones. Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond this may be charged at our standard rate.
Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables of your project. TaskLab retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business details, and project specifics as confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA upon request before any project discussion.
Support
Post-launch support is provided as outlined in your project agreement. Ongoing maintenance and updates beyond the support period are available under a separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
TaskLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered products. Our liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion in good faith before any formal proceedings.
