The problem we were solving.
Booking a lab test in India is still a frustrating experience — phone calls, unclear pricing, no tracking, and paper reports. Aarogyantra wanted to fix that with a modern mobile-first platform.
The client came to us with a clear vision but no technical team. They needed a complete solution — patient app, rider app for sample collection, and an admin panel to manage everything.

Patient App
Browse tests, book appointments, track rider location in real time, make payments via Razorpay, and receive digital lab reports.
Rider App
Riders receive assigned bookings, navigate to patient locations via Google Maps, and update sample collection status in real time.
Admin Panel
Full dashboard to manage bookings, assign riders, upload lab reports, manage test catalogue, and view analytics.
03 — Challenges & Solutions
Hard problems we solved.
Real-time rider tracking
Implemented live location updates using Firebase Realtime Database with Google Maps SDK, updating every 3 seconds without draining battery.
Lab report delivery
Built a secure PDF generation and delivery system — reports are auto-generated and sent to patients via in-app notification and email.
Multi-role system
Designed a single backend serving three separate apps (patient, rider, admin) with role-based access control using Firebase Auth custom claims.
